Multi-Generational Center

Providing 59 units of supportive housing for veterans and their families, this project was developed by Compass Housing Alliance, Shelter Resources, Veterans Administration, King County Community Development, CTED Washington State Housing Trust Fund, Federal Home Loan Bank, Washington Community Reinvestment Association, and NW Lutheran Synod. Interior Designer, Sechrist Design, was responsible for the design of the community rooms.

Multi-Purpose Room

At the well-used activity room, the playful shaping of wall forms, use of color and light-warm wood cabinetry creates delight. Three energy-efficient pendant lights add sparkle to the highly functional kitchen area.

Daycare

Creating a bright, fun atmosphere, color and pattern, have been creatively used to bring the child-care rooms to life.
