PNWRA needed a home for its historic records of train schedules and cargo as well as work space for model railroad enthusiasts. With the purchase of an old retail building in Buren, SAGE Architectural Alliance provided design services for the volunteer non-profit group to meet the functional needs of the archive, and workspace.
Rest Room & Exiting Upgrade
The project involved upgrading the existing restroom to meet Accessibility Standards and exiting requirements for the new building use. SAGE prepared construction plans and documentation, secured the building permit, and then answered questions during project construction.
